Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GrowthMatik.com and any related services provided by Athanaetos, LLC, doing business as GrowthMatik.com (“GrowthMatik,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. 14-Day Free Trial and Subscription
When you sign up for GrowthMatik.com through our free trial offer, you receive access to the service for 14 days at no charge.
At the end of the 14-day free trial, or once your account has received at least 25 new reviews if that happens later (see Section 4), your subscription will automatically continue as a paid subscription at $97 per month, unless you cancel before then.
By starting the free trial and providing a valid payment method, you authorize GrowthMatik.com to charge your payment method $97 per month beginning immediately after the 14-day trial period (or, if later, once your account has received at least 25 new reviews) and on a recurring monthly basis thereafter until you cancel.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To avoid being charged the first $97 monthly subscription fee, you must cancel before your free trial ends and your first charge begins.
If you cancel after a monthly payment has already been processed, your cancellation will prevent future recurring charges. Unless otherwise required by law, payments already processed are non-refundable.

3. Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly to the payment method associated with your account.
You are responsible for keeping your payment and billing information accurate and up to date.
If a payment cannot be processed, we may suspend or terminate access to the service until payment is successfully completed.
4. The 25-Review Guarantee
We do not guarantee any particular review volume. However, you will not be charged until your account has received at least 25 new reviews through the service. If that happens after your 14-day trial ends, your first $97 charge will be delayed until you reach 25 reviews.
This guarantee depends on you providing the customer information and authorizations we need to run the service, as described in Section 6.
5. Use of the Service
You agree to use GrowthMatik.com only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Send fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized communications.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user’s account.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the service.
- Use the service in a manner that infringes the rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Customer Communications and Consent
The service sends review requests, by text message, email, or other channels, to your customers, on your behalf and under your business name and branding. You will sign a separate authorization form allowing us to do this.
By using the service, you confirm that:
- You have the right to contact each customer whose information you give us, and you have obtained any consent required by law to contact them by text message, phone, or email.
- You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to these communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CAN-SPAM Act.
- You authorize us to use the customer contact information you provide only to send review requests and operate the service for you.
- We will honor opt-out requests from your customers, and you agree not to ask us to contact anyone who has opted out.
7. Review Platform Policies
Review platforms such as Google have their own rules. You agree to follow those rules when using the service, and you agree that you will not:
- Post, buy, or ask for fake or fraudulent reviews.
- Offer payment, discounts, or other rewards in exchange for reviews where a platform prohibits it.
- Ask us to send review requests only to customers you expect to be happy, or to filter or block reviews based on the rating a customer is likely to give.
- Use the service to review your own business as a customer.
We do not control what customers write or whether a review platform publishes, filters, or removes a review. We may suspend or terminate accounts that put us or our other clients at risk of violating a platform’s policies.
8. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
9. Third-Party Services
GrowthMatik.com may integrate with or link to third-party websites, platforms, or services.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, policies, or actions of third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and policies.
10. Intellectual Property
The GrowthMatik.com website, software, branding, designs, text, graphics, and other content provided by us are owned by or licensed to GrowthMatik.com and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify, or create derivative works from our service or content.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
GrowthMatik.com is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy, or suitability of the service for any particular purpose.
Other than the 25-review guarantee in Section 4, we do not guarantee any particular business results, customer response, review volume, revenue, or other outcome from using the service.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GrowthMatik.com and its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to GrowthMatik.com during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service from time to time.
We may also update these Terms. When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the website, your account, email, or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
